Purchase Policies:
Your horse will be treated based upon an agreed schedule or appointment. Please be punctual to avoid cancellation fees.
Seek all medical advice only from your Vet. Please let us know if your horse is under any medication or drug, prior to any treatment..
All owners must sign a release form prior to commencement of EquiPulse treatments.
Application of treatments on persons or horses cannot be administered by anyone other than Equi-Knowledge, L.L.C.’s staff or management, unless agreed to in advance. Please do not ask to be the exception.
Prepaid Sessions are valid or use for two months from the date the first minutes of the prepaid session are used.
Policy on Unused Sessions: If you have unused sessions, past the expiration date, our carry-over policy provides that with the purchase of new Pre-paid Treatment sessions, the unused sessions will be carried forward. The newly purchased sessions must first be used and then the unused sessions, prior to the new expiration date, otherwise the unused sessions will be lost.
Refunds and Transfers: There are no refunds on prepaid packages for unused sessions, or transfers to other third Parties.
Automatic Billing: You may choose to be automatically billed at the conclusion of your prepaid minutes for the next set of prepaid minutes. Interested? Ask us about this program.
